Located in the corner of Trung Nu Vuong street and 2/9 street, the museum was built in 1915 under motifs of Champa by French. Most Champa sculpture masterpieces are from Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thuu Thien Hue, Danang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Kontum.

They are original masterpieces made of sand stone, terra cotta and bronze dating from the 7th to the 15th century following many art styles and be arranged according to the site where they are found for example My Son E1 style, Dong Duong style, Chanh Lo style, Mam tower style.

The sculptural items consist of statues, pedestal, and inscriptions depicting Hindu beliefs during Vedanta: Indra, Shiva, Brahma, Skanda, Ganesa, Laksmi, Sarasvati, Uma, Apsara. All the items show the vigorous energy of Champa civilization through centuries in the center of Viet Nam.

The museum was invested to upgrade and supplement new items. Today, the museum has more two displaying rooms. The museum is the collection of valuable and unique Champa Sculpture Champa over the world.

Tourist can buy souvenir items made of stone following some typical items of Champa sculptural art at shop in the precinct.
